Description
Modern Day Slavery is a story about human trafficking in the United States and the affects on those who are vicitimized. I art directed three illustrations by Jacqui Oakley, an opener and 2 spots, to help add to the drama and emotion of the topic. The opener image was incorporated into the headline typography during the design phase.

Description
The Leading Edge of Data Design focuses on the innovative big data work of Northeastern professors and students. The story is divided into four parts, each focusing on a single project. This was also the cover story for the magazine and had to match the cover design while not repeating it.
Description
High in the Andes is a story written by a co-op student working with women in the Peruvian mountains. The headline features my own original hand drawn typography that nods to the Peruvian culture. Imagery for this story was provided by the student and organization he worked for.
